Ingredients:

  • Broccoli (frozen or fresh)
  • Cauliflower (frozen or fresh)
  • Mini Pepperoni
  • Ground Italian Sausage
  • Bacon
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Olive Oil

Step-by-Step Guide:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 450′.
  • 2. Defrost and strain broccoli and cauliflower. If using fresh, rinse and let dry.
  • 3. Chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  • 4. Drizzle olive oil in a rectangle 9 x 13 baking dish for a non-stick coating.
  • 5. Put Broccoli and cauliflower in the baking dish.
  • 6. Sprinkle half the bag of shredded mozzarella on top of the broccoli and cauliflower.
  • 7. Chop Pepperonis in half and spread out evenly over cheese.
  • 8. Chop onions and cook with garlic in a pan on medium heat for just a few minutes.
  • 9. Chop bacon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pan.
  • 10. Add the ground sausage to the pan and cook on medium heat until all meat is browned.
  • 11. Pour your pizza sauce in the pan to cook with the meat for 2-3 minutes.
  • 12. Pour the mixture over top of the pepperoni and cheese in the baking dish.
  • 13. Bake at 450°F for 30 minutes.
  • 14. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until melted.
  • 15. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • 16. Scoop into bowls and enjoy guilt-free indulgence!
